Buttery Cajun Chicken

Use a baking dish like a 8×8 or 9x13x2

Liberally sprinkle the bottom with:
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, chili powder & Mc Cormack’s Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasonings
Then put in the chicken. Season the top of the chicken with the same seasonings.
Then add big dollops of butter (usually 2 per breast).
Bake in 375 degree oven, basting with juices 1/2 way through cooking. Use meat thermometer to check for doneness in thickest breast.
