The Best Meatballs EVAH!

1 ½ pounds hamburger
1 c. milk
1 ½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
¾ c. oatmeal
Minced onion (optional)
Mix ingredients together. “Roll” into balls (it will be sticky). Place in ungreased 9×13 pan or glass casserole dish.  If not using any sauce, lightly spray the pan first.

¾ c. ketchup
¾ c. water
¾ c. brown sugar (use more or less depending on your taste)
1/3 c. vinegar (scant)
2 ¼ TBL. Worcestershire sauce
Onion flakes (optional)
Liquid smoke-just a few drops (optional)

Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Same time and temp for no sauce as well.
