Chocolate Ganache

ā€Ž1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips or candy melts

1/2 cup whipping cream.

Heat whipping cream in saucepan just to boiling point. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat, add chopped Candy Melts, cover and let sit 5 minutes no peaking. Stir until smooth and glossy. You can whip it after it’s cool and it will change to a lighter color and you can decorate with it.
